Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident with your SONCK purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Made-to-Order Items
• Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are produced specifically for each customer.
• Exceptions apply only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items.
• Discounted items.
• Gift cards.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are offered for size or color, subject to availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, SONCK will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
