At SONCK, we are committed to delivering your order with care and transparency. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production

• Most SONCK pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production times range from 14 to 28 business days, depending on the garment.
• Once production is complete, orders are prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Domestic shipping within Mexico is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International shipping times vary by destination and carrier and typically range from 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs & Duties

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.
• These charges are not included in the order total.

Shipping Carriers

• We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
